We alleviate poverty by empowering children and young people to achieve their full potential in UK, Africa, and the Caribbean through literary skills, performing arts, and culturally based activities. We provide the tools, to support their capacities and capabilities and develop their lifelong skills, to improve their social welfare and life conditions to achieve their full potential. We empower our beneficiaries to help themselves, then go on to perpetuate the cycle of giving back, by helping others. Our mission is to reach out, engage, and inspire young people creatively, through literacy, history, culture, and Intergenerational activities. Through the Discussion Across Generations (DAG) project, we support London-based young people who lack confidence, purpose, and direction. Our international work is focused on the creation of self-sustaining Eco-Learning Centres to improve the quality of education in Schools in under-resourced Communities in Africa and the Caribbean. Each Eco-learning Centre features a Thank U Library, Computer Lab and on-site Vertical Farm that teaches children to farm the food they eat.
